Schedule Update Starting Jan 2026 my new work days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays. Please reach out if Thursdays worked better than Wednesdays!

Waitlist: If you add yourself to the appointment waitlist, Jane will contact you about any spots that open up. It may be beneficial to book the next available time that works for you in case a spot doesn’t open up. If you already have 3 appointments booked and Jane won’t let you book, you can email me and if the spot is still available the next time I’m at my computer, I can book it for you. If you are in crisis and need immediate support, please contact the distress Centre at 403-266-4357 or contact Eastside Community Mental Health Services at 403-299-9699.

Counselling

My name is Diandra Lewis and I am a registered psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. I received my Master of Counselling degree from Gonzaga University.

I believe that each person brings a unique wisdom to the counselling process. I work with you to help you meet your goals and find clarity in difficult or troubling areas of your life.

Although you have your own unique experiences, I believe you are not alone in what you are going through. I work with you to find the compassion in your experience and help you find answers that support your own life. I chose the name Inner Alignment because I believe that we all already contain our answers, but sometimes need support, care and a safe space to find our truths.

I have experience working at a generalist counselling agency, where I saw people with various issues including relationships, self-esteem, trust, stress, and burnout. I also worked at an agency that specializes in working with clients who’ve experienced childhood sexual abuse or sexual assault. These clients often experienced common impacts of trauma including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), issues with addictions, anxiety, and depression.

My hope is to create a safe place for you to explore your needs and vulnerabilities and find healing. I also hope to offer a kind, soft and compassionate presence.

In my spare time, I enjoy going for hikes, doing yoga and playing team sports. I also enjoy reading and cooking.
